1. Registration Fee

Regular Registration: Regular registration is $150 with a $5 processing fee that is paid directly to the credit card processing company. Regular registration closes on June 16th, 2022.

Late Registration: Registration cost will rise to $175 on June 16th until registration is permanently closed on July 3rd, 2022. We encourage all attendees to register early to avoid the additional cost.

Installment Payment: For the first time, you will be able to pay for camp in installments! The rate per month will be based on the month in which you complete your registration and the deductions will be made automatically. In event that you decide to pay off camp early before the end of your installment billing, kindly email camp@yuhglo.org.

2. Eligibility

After years of hosting the camp, YuhGlo has determined that our programming is most suitable for attendees who are at a minimum in high school. Thus to be eligible to attend camp, an applicant is at a minimum a high school student.

Note: This year’s conference will be attended by both virtual and live audiences. Due to COVID restrictions, we are capped at 100 seats. Registration will be conducted on a first come first serve basis.

3. General Information.

Email & Phone Number: YuhGlo communicates via email and phone so when applying to attend camp it is imperative that you provide an email that you access regularly and a phone number that you have access to.

4. COVID -19 Protocols

As the world is slowly getting a handle on the COVID-19 virus, we would like to ensure the safety of our guests and attendees during this year’s conference. As a result, washing hands and wearing face coverings at all times. In doing so, certain things must be put in place and carried out each time while attending sessions. All conference participants will need to adhere to the following protocol if planning to attend a conference in person.

  1. You must register online prior to attending the conference in person. Failure to register may result in your being turned away at the door.
  1. Do not enter the building without a face covering. 
  1. Be prepared to have your temperature taken upon entering the building. 
  1. Please sanitize your hands upon entering the building. 
  1. Once cleared, you will be directed to enter the sanctuary and be seated, sitting 6 feet apart from your neighbor.
  2. Once in the building, you must practice appropriate social distancing.
