Before you Register

Please read the following

1. Registration Fee

Early Registration: Early registration is $100 with a $5 processing fee that is paid directly to the credit card processing company. Early registration closes on March 31st, 2025.

Regular Registration: Regular registration is $150 with a $5 processing fee that is paid directly to the credit card processing company. Regular registration closes on June 31st, 2025.

Installment Payment: For the first time, you will be able to pay for early & regular registration in installments! Starting now until March 1st 2025 the rate per month will be $50 for early registration. From April 1st-June 1st 2025, the rate per month will be $50 until regular registration closes and the deductions will be made automatically from the card that you registered with. In the event that you decide to pay off camp early before the end of your installment billing, kindly email info@yuhglo.org.

2. Eligibility

After years of hosting the camp, YuhGlo has determined that our programming is most suitable for attendees who are at a minimum in high school. Thus to be eligible to attend camp, an applicant is at a minimum a high school student.

3. General Information.

Email & Phone Number: YuhGlo communicates via email and phone so when applying to attend camp it is imperative that you provide an email that you access regularly and a phone number that you have access to.

4. Transportation

Pickup Locations: YuhGlo has bus pickup locations in Atlanta, GABurtonsville, MD, and Lorton, VA. It is the responsibility of the attendee to arrange their transportation to and from the pickup locations above. If you live in a state that does not have a pickup location listed above, you may select and travel to a pickup location closest to you to board a bus.

5. Driving Independently

Driving Solo: YuhGlo makes adequate transportation plans to accommodate all registered attendees using our charters. So we highly encourage you to indicate on your application if you have intentions of driving independently to camp. By doing so, you will help us reduce the cost of acquiring buses that will not be utilized.

6. Dietary & Medical restrictions.

Health: YuhGlo seeks to make camp an enjoyable experience for all attendees. So, if you have strict dietary restrictions or any prevailing medical conditions, kindly indicate it in as much detail as you can provide on the application.

7. Refund Policy

  1. All cancellations must be made before June 3rd, 2025 without a fee.
  2. A fee of $75.00 will apply to all cancellations made after  June 3rd, 2025.
  3. Refunds will not be honored after July 1, 2025. 
  4. By registering, you are agreeing to the refund policy.
